My understanding is that aplx will do by: theoriginaltomwatson (49/M/Monroe, CT) 3/10/00 9:04 am Msg: 12524 of 12532 spin off of Linux divisions just like 3com and palm. Current and or owners of for some or from time will receive shares as dividend. the original the above yahoo post was based on an extended conversation I had with Ed, the CFO at applix a couple of days ago. This info was briefed at applix to Finance folks yesterday and was most likely the cause of the 4 buck up. Tom Watson tosiwmee
