LOOK Ownership: "Look Communications is a Canadian company whose principal shareholders are Telesystem Limited, Teleglobe Incorporated, CTV Incorporated, Covington Wireless Communications (Ontario) Limited and GTC Transcontinental Group Limited."

Telegloble and CTV are owned by BCE. BCE is planning to create interactive TV, which would link internet, email and other goodies into one package. We are looking at very interesting company at a huge discount.
