Mike,

From studying their financials TOFF seems really "Dead" at the moment. Their operations have been somewhat on the slow side with no future projections of anything. And I do mean anything. When placing a phone call nothing much was said because they simply didn't have any news to share. In the meanwhile I am watching and waiting for more financial news of this company before diving in.
