<<I can't imagine they didn't have an "expert" check out everything on her computer as well as go through her diary, her desk, her school stuff, etc. But, no, I don't have any actual knowledge of this.>>

Jeff keep in mind that we're dealing with a police department that has not solved this case. They not only have not solved it, it appears they have done all that they could to pin it to one guy and have no concrete evidence that links him to that crime.

Soooooo, we can't assume a thing here. What may seem standard to you or me just might have been overlooked or simply not done due to what I've stated above.

Additionally I'm not talking about just recovering deleted emails. I'm talking about searching for say documents that she may have written that would have been dairy like entries, or entries where she was mad or upset at someone or about something and she wrote to vent.

If she were seeing someone other than her boyfriend she just may have put some entries in relating to that and later deleted them. The computer being the only one she could talk to about it.

She may also have put in entries related to Best Buddies. Thoughts, opinions etc. and deleted those.

Who knows.

Also was she invovled in any chat rooms? Where? What type?
Outside of email and written reports. What were her computer habits. What links did she frequent the most, etc. etc. etc.

Like I said. Lots of clues, IF someone just plain looked for them.
