I can agree, it is absurd, but there are only 4460 mini-bags and folks want them.

Not correct. They only made 774 million, which turned out be be scarce given the fact folks hoarded them.

Regular mint bags ($1000 face uncirculated) are being bought for $4500 by coin dealers.

Dealers are also paying $20 per roll for circulated Delaware quarters.
