ENCC is closed at $0.035/share. High $0.05, low $0.02/share. 138,400 shares traded.

This company has some assets ready to be taken by their angel Japan Energy, except that there maybe a stockholders' lawsuit in Delaware to stop them taking everything. Most assets were sold, except that there were intellectual properties of multi-symetrical processor technology. Their fortunes may rekindle next year when AMD will produce a microprocessor which uses the same pin out as the Alpha.

ENCC made a main frame computer using Alpha processor made by Digital Equipment. Unfortunately the early models were plagued by submicron technology faults. Later, ENCC made the microprocessors work by reducing the clock frequencies to 266 mhz from 450 mhz. But it was too late their reputation was already destroyed by Amdaul's inability to sell any ENCC computers in Japan.

What worked SUNW bought, lock, stock and barrel. Older models were sold to the people running in the Fort Laudadel facilities now.

Last ENCC order from the government was a seismic proof ENCC computer to withstand 7 G's of shock.
Last week, a company called Encore Products claimed to have an enclosure that can withstand seismic shocks.

Is there still life for ENCC, after all these misfortunes? Tune in and see if Tang will talk to Fisher to revive the company. And will Fisher listen to the Pipe piper singing the tune of multi-symetrical microprosessored main frame ENCC computers with Samsung "Alpha" and/or AMD "?". Submicron technology is now near perfection.

Who knows, but it is worth a try.
