All I know is that Rudi Fronk left Greenstone last fall to head up Sea. Then Sea did subsequently get the right to purchase GRE's Santa Rosa mine although that deal hasn't closed that I am aware of and it was to get the mine for assuming GRE's debt on it, subject to due diligence . Nevertheless, I don't think that relates to the total resignation of the entire Gre board yesterday. Gre may never trade again considering what the creditors are owed.
