You are probably right about INSP's valuation being in an orbit where it is not justified. I can't argue with you on that front.

Were we disagree is on the potential valuation of proprietary content publishers - high value content. HOOV is more of a data aggregator with limited value added provided. Someone who produces true high value added content and can distribute it widely and efficiently thru the internet will ultimatley reap the premier valuation.

For examples of this, take note of TheStreet.com shifting their business model along these lines.
