Terrible service...I tried them once....entered an order for a lot of stuff around $900 late evening. Took me 1 1/2 hours to browse...and select and order. Had to make a correction....they just couldn't do it. The lady came on the line after 15 minutes of waiting and said sorry I had to cancel and enter the damn order again. I said please help, there were CDs and TVs and a lot of stuff which would take forever to select - I have never had to do this at AMZN, she said "Well you could go to amzn and order then !!!"

Tried cancelling, cancel did not work, so I thought I would forget about the correction and accept the item anyway...

Waited for 7 days and went to check the status. Order was cancelled. Asked the reason - after 25 minutes of wait, she said credit card was not accepted. I had used the Schwab debit card, and there was over 300K in the account - so it was bullshit...called again, asked them to reinstate. They said okey......waited for the items for two weeks....called again...and told them to stuff it...!

Went to Frys and picked up all that stuff....and swore never to go to Buy.com again...

Swore never to stray from AMZN again...
