i talked to my broker at smith barney. he could not find anybody inside selling except for one guy excercising some options in february. he told me not to worry and this is nothing unusual. the ceo did sell approx. 50,000 shares in december of 96 which was about half of his holdings. who knows why he sold half of his stake but it shouldn't mean much since it was last year and cle's share price is up at least 30% since the beginning of the year. just want to reiterate Bear Stearns strong buy recommendations. if anybody hears of any recent insider trading please drop a note.
