Hey Puck, You actually got quite a bit more information than I would have expected !!!! A) Brent is still involved - (Actually it seems to work as it does in similar situations here in my country - Also that the trustee is involved in many companies) B) There is a lot going on !!! !!! !!! C) TK Shares still in escrow. D) Obvious they cannot discuss things and that they are very careful not to reveal insider information. That is how it must be. -------- Still a general information to the shareholders would not be insider information eg via an 8-K filing. -------- Outstanding shares - Did we not find the Transfer agent once ??
