Fantastic improvement in the COTS....less than 35k net short postion. Action disquised in the open interest by funds shorting on the
technical price weakness. Just perhpas your letter did have an effect, otherwise its was a surprising coincidence. I have to come down
on the side of cause and effect, this time. Silver bulls can have hope.
