I have followed this company for about 10 years.
and feel that it has great potential.

And, it has been very active/volotile at times which means that
Value Line probably assigns a high risk factor to it.

Tseng has been very up-front with investors regarding their earnings
prospects for the next few quarters. This is positive for shareholders
because many companies are not so candid with their investors.
