Wow! Thanks dude, and thank your "cuz" for me too! Hopefully you got more than just the note. That's USS James Monroe (SSBN-622) in my profile. One of the 2 boomers I rode. She's already been sent to bed, as have all of the subs I was stationed aboard. I guess the kids are out there now "making holes in the ocean". It's great that the legacy continues. As far as my career goes, I did what needed to be done, and was proud to be able to serve our country in that way. It wasn't a one-way street. The Sub Service gave me A LOT.
