The silver Commitment of Traders report showed a tremendous improvement, one of the sharpest on record. The tech funds plowed in to
the short side ( as D.A. indicated at the time ) . The dealers ran away from the short side. I'd like to think my letter had something to do
with that. One thing I never mentioned, but have thought about - maybe my letter might make them think twice before capping the next
rally with their mega-selling. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
