A big question is, whether FRTI is a target for a takeover.
It seemed to be a logical course of events until recently, with FRTI's being a small company, financially restrained, but with a huge number of daily hits on their website. What a gem find for a bigger on-line business of nearly any description.
However the recent appointments to the board of directors and the management team, plus the Nasdaq application suggest, that FRTI will be making it's own success story.
But then again, the price and volume since the breakout last week may indicate, that the price is being held down artificially, and that would make some sense only, if the company was in a possible merger situation.
Either way, it is going to be a hit within a very short time.
FRTI was on Bloomberg.com early this morning, as a potential mover. It didn't move, so later it's place on today's list was taken by an actual mover, but being on Bloomberg's watchlist at all is a nobilitation in itself.
