Rande Is: Speaking of Gilder... Several months ago, he described Globalstar (GSTRF) as "an ascendant technology" which was underestimated and underappreciated in the same way Qualcomm had been prior to its explosive growth last year. It has dropped from 53 3/4 at the beginning to its YTD low of 16 1/4 Friday after several analysts downgrades. It is beginning to look as if it's a compelling buy, similar to Ciena at $9 in Fall 1998 and National Semiconductor at $6. Any thoughts from you or readers on GSTRF?
