Dave, After having sifted through the IM/INEL announcement, how do you see things for INEL? Was the debt assumption significant enough to impact future earnings? With XLCT coming out with improved earnings it seems they are back on track to be more than a $6 stock. Plus, I believe their business has better margins than INEL's. Interested to get your read on this one. Thanks. --JJ
