The big payoff will come if it can be shown that anti-TNF is a potent antiinflammatory agent that can be used in a variety of clinical situations; e.g. there are also tests ongoing for rheumatoid arthritis, which is a much bigger market than Crohn's disease. Anyway, there's a big GI meeting next week and hopefully more positive news on the drug will be released.
