CRM gorilla ? we know ORCL is an ordained gorilla. (in the DBMS category). could SEBL belong to the same species in the CRM category ? Both ORCL & SEBL operate in the CRM space. in the CRM space what does the thread think on which one is the real gorilla ? My thoughts : ORCL's gorilla status is on account of the DBMS lock-in. IMHO, the mileage made by ORCL on account of "CRM, B2B etc" is investor hype. SEBL appears to me, to be a gorilla in the CRM arena. comments ? cheers, kumar PS: I did read some of the most recent SEBL posts - they tend to discuss "stock price" as opposed to "gorilla characteristics". More likely, I missed out on some posts from a while back, that discussed such characteristics, as I'm a recent member of SI.
