Here's what I think you're saying: IF (and I say IF) it is proven that there has been stock manipulation in an attempt to drive the stock price down, that makes EVERY short an accessory. If I understand your assertion correctly, then wouldn't it follow that if there was manipulation in an attempt to drive the price up, EVERY long would be an accessory?
