Hi Kevin, Could you please explain to me how the
financing (debenture) was be able to profit from
clpzf when the stock price nose dives as it
is?

All I know is that you cannot short stock if
is worth less than $3.00.

Originally, I thought one might short the stock
and buy it bak later. And if you only pay 80%
of the market, that would eliminate any risk
that the price may go higher.
