when a W. rep got on the line.... a couple of times today Tom, please, tell us how you got to get 2 reps on the phone in the same day? Truly, truly amazing. had to ask reps to please put me back on "hold". Heck, if you just ask them to find their a$$ with both hands that should keep you on hold for at least an hour while they find a supervisor who can tell them how to do this and still talk on the phone. V
