JW.....your last sentence answers the questions......many margin calls were causing pressure on the issue....it was time to decide whether to pay and play or fold....I answered yet again another call but I'm sure some were just tired of waiting and gave back some cheap stock....I hope it's seen bottom here and look forward to next three Qs.....will take all the defense contracts the DOD wants to let.....if DOD can pay $125 for toilet seats just think what they will pay for technology! :*).......nothing has changed....I see where NORTEL has just received $1.7 billion financing for it's digital network development...BREAK>>BREAK>> 8:50 AM.....SPECTRUM SIGNAL TO BUY BACK 460,000 shares on market!!! A GREAT INVESTMENT ON THEIR PART!!!.......Bob
