Intershop just filed to sell its ADSs on the NASDAQ Exchange. This is one of the Global E-commerce leaders, focusing on online catalog solutions - more than 100,000 licenses sold, over 3000 customers, and alliances with most of the major players. Hoover's capsule for Intershop ADS IPO: hoovers.com The application server for Intershop's enfinity solution is PRSW Powertier, sold under an OEM agreement (press release): intershop.com This should give more visibility to Powertier.
