Dave,

IQCharts became my backup almost a year ago. Because of the data feed problem they used to have starting about 3:15, I started using Qcharts.
IQCharts has CCI which I came to rely on. Many times I will still confirm what the CCI is doing in IQCharts before I buy/sell. It runs all the time on the other computer as a verification of data too.
Their scans are easy to do and use them to quickly check if an idea might be valid before programing into either TC2000 or QP2.
Wouldn't be without it.

If support is what it used to be all your problems should be resolved shortly. Would appreciate letting us know how it goes.
