Reed-

I am not familiar with the exclusive agreements
you are referring to.

I know SW has a good distribution agreement with
Walmart. I've noticed that their products are also
available in Incredible Universe, COMPUSA, Target,
Venture and other major retailers. They
have international distributers as well.
Also, their educational software is sold directly to
school districts.

Their strategic management change to focus on
Kids CDROM is important due to 2 factors:

1. SW is one of less than 5 major educational software
publishers. The field is less crowded.

2. Educational CDROM has over 6 months shelf-life vs.
90 days for Entertainment.

And BTW, did U notice that the mother of all outlets
Toys R Us made an annoucement
that they were making a big expansion in their Kids CD-ROM
department recently.

Boy, that would be BIG if Charlotte Walker(CEO) could sign
a distribution agreement with Toys R Us- would send the
stock up 30% or more. That would be a really big deal.
Man they couldnt keep that one a secret for very long.
No way. A Toys R Us distribution agreement... what a great
idea!
