Hi musicguy, Here's the VDCT, WCEC news: biz.yahoo.com VDCT has taken over, and as the news release indicates, they are nearing the final phase of the merger between the 2 companies. You know, I've seen some upbeat statements in news releases before, but the ones I just read are amazing ... coming from the companies's executives no less. Thank goodness for "safe harbor" I suppose. Maybe there will be a payoff Monday .... Chris
