Dr. V -- what really amazed me this week was the nearly empty W. branch office in Atlanta (Buckhead branch) when i walked in on Tuesday to see the beast close-up. (only a mile away -- one of the reasons i've stuck with W. thus far.) i'd gone there expecting a mob scene given the breakdowns. the office had a casual atmosphere and the reps were friendly and tried to be helpful, protected from the masses by their improved telephone "service" system/moat/firewall. PS i looked at your profile. what do you think of Ligand? (i've been patiently long for years.) tom
