Jim, I'm just compiling my list of incubator small caps , but from the information posted on the thread WCAP looks very interesting. Actually it looks like a no-brainer, save for the fact that some of the management team got in trouble (?) some time ago.<Don't quote me on this as I just did a 20 minutes spin thru the posts> I read on the thread that the guy who got in trouble was from Naples and I just want to make sure it wasn't the guy who was profiled in Barrons a few weeks/months ago.

I think the most important thing to realize about all of these small cap incubators is that the management sleeze factor is above average. I've been in the incubator trenches and I promise you that some questionable people are operating in this space. So--IMO, the prudent thing to do is to take small positions in several of the small cap incubators. A few will go under/go to jail and a few will 20 bag. I speculate that within the next 12-24 months, the non-sleeze will seperate from the sleeze as the big cap incubators like ICGE and CMGI will be buying them out.
