hmmm you have insiders buying, and company itself buying back shares, and news release like the below coming out, and to top it all off they are moving to the naz. this month. plus the chart looks great, hmmmmm

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2000--Aeroflex Incorporated (NYSE Symbol: ARX), announced today that its Microelectronics Group has been awarded additional contracts totaling approximately $5.2 million from two of the leading Fiber Optic Systems Manufacturers. These products are expected to be delivered within the next 12 months.

These new contracts are in addition to the $6.7 million of fiber optic contracts announced just 16 days ago, and is further evidence of the growing demand for advanced OC-192 10G Bit fiber optic products.
