I've found the servers slow this morning as well. I am using orders4 for confirming quotes, since my regular quote service is flakey today (missing some ticks, so I have to confirm bid/offer on Datek). orders6 didn't work at all when I tried it, so I switched to 4 which was very slow. The ray of hope is that I place and cancelled several orders on orders7 and successfully placed and order on orders7 with no undue delay. Guess it's all those fingers on the quotes button!
