Chris, Now you are taking it to my thread..Wow... Alright tough guy. Learned how to research. If you understood how private investing worked (which you don't), then you would konw that I haven't. Have you read hte purpose of the group I have yet to form? STP is an LLC. This means that they can only have a certain # of investors to invest. Well, a lot of investors don't have the minimum requirements. So I am going to form a group to invest in STP. Now, in order to do this, we have to form a CORPORATION (which has to be filed with the state offices) and invest as 1 investor..piling all the money together... Now, go fire up your little doyourdd.com search engine and find the corproation... Whoops! It doesn't exist..thus nothing invested... You guys kill me...LOL Spewing out false trash.......prove it to me that I am invested....base it on hard core facts..not something you are dreaming up in your little psychological analyssts FM P.S. The name for the corp will be FM Investment Partners...see what you can dig
