>>do you sense a change in the management?<<

Yes. But there is a lot to overcome with respect to management. The stock has a strong history of sinking after a runup. And so following the spike to 14+ I had that old vaso feeling. The volume on the runup may portend a change because it was so large it may have wiped out all the old holders and replaced them with new ones, thus removing the old levels of resistance. The old management stuck to its conservative principle of guiding the company along the path of "science", ie run the studies and get supporting data even in the face of incomplete scientific explanation of what is actually occurring. I hope but surely don't know that the new management will now take a broader approach, with some and I hope alot of effort toward marketing. But more science must be attractive if it can be shown that eecp has application to CHF and other ailments, especially for the 65+ age group.

>>Was there a specific reason for bringing in Michael Deignan?<<

Your guesses are as good as mine. The last annual report mentioned that vaso would be happy to hook up with a (deep pocket)partner, admitting that without such their growth could only be incremental. Takeover possibility has been just talk as far I know. Another point worth citing here is that vaso has the rights to their machine only for the foreseeable future, maybe 2005 or 2007, I forget. So they have to get this show moving bigtime now.

I find nonanalyst projection of 100 - 280!!! incredible, but my eyes had been biased by its history of 5/8 - 1 1/2 for years. They have a fine product in a very good area, but with minimal science to explain it. With 50+ mil shares and the tiny revenue they have had I was pessimistic. Without a partner I think the growth of revenue while appearing large in % will still be a limiting factor on its ST price. When will we see $50 mil revenue, ie $1 per share? I hope real soon, but somehow the realist in me suggests the opposite.
