Z. You say "SO depending on customer needs ALA/NN will have different offering". I believe this will breed great confusion for sales and great costs for support. Not to mention compounding potential manufacturing/inventory costs and problems. Not to further mention fragmentation of R&D, internal rivalries, etc.
