Baruch : o/s shares is 30.65 million......float is debatable b/c insider holdings have not been well established.Don's family owns shares that are not technically 'insider' holdings. My guess is the float is 20 to 23 million ..of those many shares are in very strong hands so tradable shares is probably less than 20 million. Possibly as low as 15 million.
Most here are long term holders 2 to 5 years...most have sold 1/3, possibly a little more of their holdings by now.( to be expected after a 10 bagger or 12 bagger ) I look for a run to 10-12..many here might think that is overly optimistic but I hold to sooner rather than later. After that all bets are off. If it can make it past the $10.00 price point all bets are off. Barbara just brought up another application of voice activation to the internet. If TSIS could host applications like this , which they easily could including hosting this service for Bell companies, or any other telcom for that matter its no telling what the future could hold. Mutual funds will start piling on board after a NASDQ listing. Other funds cannot buy pennies. Now that we are over 4.00 many other funds can start buying in.
Once you get to the 5.00 area you can really motivate quickly. Another reason I see a quicker move than most do. Last, there is just nothing on the horizon that I see that can stop the momentum. Comparatively to market cap of other companies that I have seen motivate like ECNC VDOT EDIG , and even compared to other companies in the sector like FONX MPEG( not in sector)IVOC , TSIS is so much more fundamentally sound, in terms of no debt, cash flow, Fortune 500 clients, that I believe we can and will see much higher evaluations.
The sky is the limit for this sector right now . It is the place to be. Think of all the 100's of phone calls you make. It is commonplace to run into IVR or a computer talking to you and asking you to respond on the touchtone dial. But how many let you respond in voice commands or prompts..personally I can only think of one; my Fidelity Account, even Vanguard does not have it yet. So do you see how endless the applications are. In what it does and will be doing shortly TSIS will be one of a few, possibly the FIRST of it's kind. We are talking of uncharted waters.
I've stated that the number one challenge will be for management to pick out the most lucrative applications..I believe they will make the right calls.WHY ? They are talking to 70 or so telcoms every day, from their client list. They ask them what it is they need and how thay can be of service.Simple as that. So in this respect they have the inside track.
I personally cannot wait for the next series of press releases. Management will make the choices of the right applications. Have faith in them .!! But I cannot wait to see what they will be .Curiosity I guess.Take care ..gregor |
