Bob,when did you come this conclusion? WHat I said about overlap was in part pertinent to xDSL space only, and of course I do not know details. 350 access switch is used in both LMDS and 3dsl. If customers wants in addition to data, Qos voice and video, what would be in the case of corporate customer they will go with 3dsl. However, if retail customer wants only fast internet aceess they get cheaper( I think) ALA DSLAM. As far as your comments, I am hearing for the first time that vendor (telecom or car producer) did poor selling low,mid and high end products. BTW, all carrier networking R&D will be centered around NN so I do not see any fragmentation issue.And since US operation will be run independently from European by P.Flynn I would not be warry about internal rivalries. Look what he did in CPQ and NN European operations, which were brought to state of excellence. Zbyslaw
