My best guess is the stock is consolidating after a nice run. Looks like the momentum players have sold now (Cann and York) and COT can begin building a rally. As with these types of stocks, the pop can come anytime, usually when no-one expects... "Ya Gotta get-in to Get Out" - Genesis
