I placed and then cancelled two orders on orders7 around 9:40-9:45, and then placed and executed an order around 10:40. I didn't have any difficulty with any of them (status pages - open orders, etc. were a little slow but not unreasonable).

At the time of the first orders, orders6 was not responding and orders4 was very, very slow.
