I like the name Glenda, also.

It reminds me of the good witch in the Wizard of Oz.
Now that witch sure was a "looker"!
No worts on her nose...

She could put a spell on me any day...

Let's not forget about Samantha Stevens from Bewitched...
another pretty witch.
Her Aunt Esmerelda wasn't very good looking though...

Other witch names that I don't care for:

Broom Hilda
The wicked witch of the West- I think her name was Gertrude.
The Sea Hag from the Popeye Cartoon.
Witchie Pooh from Sigmund and the Sea Monsters Satuday morning Sid and Marty Croft shows...
Witchie Woman- a song by the band The Eagles. I never really cared for that song...

Some of the other witches I LIKE:

The Witches of Eastwick- Cher, Michelle Pheiffer, and Susan SaranWrap...
Joan of Arc (Not really a witch, but found guilty of being one...)
Ruben- Corned Beef on toasted Rye with Russian dressing, swiss cheese and sourkrout. Especially from Katz Deli in NYC. They make a nice sand"witch"... and get a big pickle from the barrel cut into quarters...

I don't know how I got this far off track...

Anyhow, I like the name Glenda. It reminds me of an excellent deli in NY...

:^)
