This news of an additional board member is disturbing given the track record of Mr. Pillar while he was President and CEO of Precision Systems, Inc. The company sustained very large operating losses under his direction eventually resulting in his removal from the management of the company in addition to the loss of his board seat. Additional info can be found in the Precision thread located on this board. Any comments?
