mark--I've finally got my computer working again after the trouble I had as a result of adding more RAM and Gigs. A knowledgeable friend did major surgery on it(including setting up the new hard drive at "D" and adding Windows 98) and now it is working with the exception of my Epson Stylus Color 500 printer. I get it on and can get a blank sheet of paper to start moving through it with the load/eject button. However, when I attempt to print something, I get a message that I am out of paper. Can anyone provide me with a clue? Myron
