However, as I have stated earlier, it is more of a PR thing than a financial one. We would have jumped on it and now we're licking our wounds cause of it. I'm posting here at this site because AMD has more than potential. You and Paul keep posting all this nonsense about Intel's glorious past (and I wish I had had a share of those profits, but I didn't). I have and never will be married to a stock; I learned that a long time ago. The fact is, I invested in AMD for the first time in September and as low as 16 1/2 back in October and haven't looked back since. I bought April 40 calls when AMD was at 38 just two Mondays ago and sold half of them for a huge gain on the whole bunch on Tuesday. This information was posted real time by the way, you can check if you like. AMD has been up as much as 50% in just two weeks time. For Intel to do that same percentage they would have to move from 100 to 150 or from today's price, 120 to 180. Intel hasn't moved that much that fast in years. You and Paul post all you want, and tell everyone how brilliant you and Intel are, but what have you done for profits lately. Niceguy and I are new guys around these haunts, but the reason we have shown up is for good old fashion moola. We know a good thing when we see it. AMD has the ability to provide profits for the foreseeable future because they have been the most forward looking and now they are backing it up with production and actual numbers. Vapor need not apply. So Intel can have the Microsoft x-box contract and AMD will have to settle for the high margin top of the line processors that they are providing. I might add supplying in ample amounts. Just my thoughts on the matter. Regards Ed P.
