The terabeam web site is live now -- www.terabeam.com. No word on partners yet, but.. Hmmmm....I noticed the following: Digital Cinema Demonstration Network - January 1999 to Present In January of 1999 TeraBeam Networks constructed the first known demonstration of streaming High Definition video over a free-space optical IP network. This network has been in continual operation since January of 1999 and now spans over 5 km and includes 4 cell sites. Digital Cinema...doesn't Qualcomm have something to do with Digital Cinema? Of course they do. Is there a connection?
