Don't know about the buzz, but i see it free and clear to 25 maybe 30 this summer. Started at 4.5 as speculation, added at 6.75 on the big pop a few weeks back and continued on and off between 6 and 8.5. It blows off, so I Bought at 14,13,12.5,12.75 and will buy 10 or 11 if some Stuff happens. PCTL goes to 20s easy and I want beaucoup bucks for it just like those instituitons, Wisconsin Investment Board and LLCs from the east. Just a hint to follow that investment strategy.
