Anybody get an extension on the grand fathered (preferred) trading rates that were to end on April 1? On March 7, MSDW sent me an email stating "Because you are one of our most valued customers, we are extending preferred pricing* on this account through September 30, 2000". Then yesterday they sent me an email stating "According to our records as of February 15, 2000, your account(s) referenced below did not meet these criteria" to qualify for the extension. In other words, I'm SOL unless I return some assets ($$$$$) to meet the criteria. I had already stopped trading with MSDW and was in the process of transferring assets out. When they informed me of the extension this week, I began trading again with what was still in the account. Now I don't know what to think! I just sent them an email for clarification.
