SG - The only real pattern I've noticed is that Jon is great on warrants: e.g., I bought UTDLW at a little under $1, and rode it up to 8 (hung on too long, sold at 5 and 6, but that's another story). Bought EAGWSB at 3+ and 6+, still holding at 12-. Didn't buy IFSHW at 1 1/4 (didn't have spare cash when the call came), but would have seen 2 1/2 - 3. Another thing worth mentioning, though, is that many of his long picks have a lot of substance; bought ELON at 17 1/2, sold at 25, could have stayed in until 90-100 (I came over to Jon from the Kimberly Lee "Cents and Sensibility" thread, where you had to take your profits pretty quickly, because a lot of those picks didn't stay up)
As far as TA - I use it a little bit, but get more decision making information from looking at the posts on the Raging Bull board.
