Jimbo, I thought that I was just calling e*trade at the wrong times when I had the exact same experience trying to talk to someone. I am very open to moving my account, but I need the features e*trade offers, such as level 3 option trading, telemaster, low commisions, etc. I do 99% of my trading after hours, so I only need to speak to someone on rare occasions, but it is too frustrating with them even once.
How long should it take to wire to another broker? That must freeze your account in the interim, correct?
BTW, I,too, printed out your very clear bull/put credit spread explanation. It took a couple of readings, but I get it. I'm going to run some numbers on QCOM to run by you before Monday. Thanks for your help. Bruce |
