dunno exactly difference between ADR and US traded common shares

I know currency translation is a part of the explanation

I believe ADR trade at end of day only, in batches, denominated in USdollars

I believe they trade according to our own USA domestic supply & demand

thus, if I am correct, the USA dingbat traders are driving up ADR's

ADR = American Depository Receipts

anyone else put finishing touches on ADR?
