TT, HERE IS MY THEORY OF THE IMXS RIP-OFF!! (I also posted this on the GIFS thread). This is all speculation on my part I believe GIFS does not have any shares of IMXS. They sold them on the open market. It cost them nothing to exchange restricted GIFS (wothless) shares and then took the IMXS shares and resold them right back on the open market. If this theory is correct, they probably pocketed $1 - $2 million dollars. It would also explain the strong price decline since IMXS was taken over by GIFS. You better find out if GIFS really has those shares!!! All the best, Gary
